No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues. Our team are highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

No! We specialise in helping those with little or no experience. We will start right from the beginning and build your confidence and knowledge to help you reach your goals.

Don’t worry, we will happily extend your membership by a few days so you can get in your sessions!

What happens at the end of the 28 days?2022-12-22T12:32:31+00:00

The choice is completely up to you. However if you decide to stay, we will sit down and discuss what you would like to do going forwards coming up with a suitable programme to smash your goals!

We show you around our hub, give you a complimentary body composition evaluation and sit down with you for a chat. We will answer any questions you may have and discuss what we can do for you.

Absolutely not. We’re NOT pushy sales people, we are genuinely passionate about helping people help reach their goals. If you decide it’s not for you then that is not a problem!
